We are a Network of GTT (Grof Transpersonal Training) (link training – what is GTT) certified facilitators for Holotropic Breathwork™ in Europe (incl. Russia and Turkey). Each facilitator in this network is passionate about Holotropic Breathwork™ and works according to GTT standards and certain quality criteria (see: What we do) providing  a safe space to participants of Holotropic Breathwork™ Workshops.

The Association for Holotropic Breathwork in Europe provides a forum for Holotropic Breathwork™ practitioners to cooperate more closely in providing support for participants of Holotropic Breathwork™ Workshops, strengthening existing structures, fostering exchange and further learning and spreading correct and transparent information on Holotropic Breathwork™.

Therefore, this website provides a platform for people who are interested in Holotropic Breathwork™ to find not only information on Holotropic Breathwork™ and facilitators who follow our vision and principles but also on events in Europe such as Holotropic Breathwork Workshops, Grof Transpersonal Training Modules and others such as lectures and conferences on Transpersonal Psychology and Psychotherapy - see: Events.

Our vision is to make the powerful healing potentials of Holotropic Breathwork™ as accessible as possible to people who are interested and/or in need ensuring that “breathers” have access to qualified HB facilitators who work from the core of their heart and are able to provide a safe set and setting and the support needed for individual processes.

Our vision is to foster healing not only on the individual but also collective level by cooperating across borders and allowing Holotropic Breathwork™ to take place in international groups with international teams of facilitators as much as possible such allowing people to experience the unity of human kind and healing our deepest wounds.

Following our vision all members of the association commit to certain quality standards and criteria.
